News from State Rep Anthony DeLuca

Dear Friend,

Hoping you and your family are doing well and staying healthy during these challenging times.  Summer is moving along and school is right around the corner.  As parents prepare their children for the first day of school, having adequate supplies is a top priority.

I’m thrilled to once again be participating in the Chicago Heights Park District Back to School “We are in this together” event providing FREE school supplies to local students.  Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Normally, summer months are full of community events and festivals.  Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we are unable to have my Annual Free Veterans Appreciation Picnic, my free Electronic Waste Disposal Event, this year’s Women’s Self Defense Seminar, our Wheelchair Basketball Challenge with the Lincolnway Special Recreation Association, and our popular Senior Health and Information Fairs.  We are excited and very much looking forward to scheduling all these events when the time is right.

Wishing you and your family all the best.

Back to school 2020

Sincerely,
